Trevor has almost two decades in the residential building industry. He brings extensive design, drafting, sales, workflow, management and property development expertise from the volume building space, right through to multi-million dollar knockdown rebuilds. He understands that in a highly competitive industry, speed and accuracy in Pre-Construction, are essential to determining success in delivery to site.
Director
With over 30 years experience in the residential and commercial projects valued up to $20 million, Steve brings a wealth of onsite experience as a carpenter, site foreman, project manager, and estimating and procurement manager to the Ready to Build business. His vision is to build a one-stop-shop for Pre-Construction with an emphasis on cost control and service, to enable builders to flourish and grow.
Workflow & Accounts Manager
Kiki’s training as an accountant and experience in administration and estimating, has helped Ready to Build develop its workflow management program. She values good communication and quick and accurate document processing, to deliver building permits in her role as workflow manager.
Building Estimator & Technical Support
With decades of experience in the IT field and a specialty in system and network management, John has helped Ready to Build embrace the advantages of cloud-based services. In his role in estimating, technology and innovation he is helping to build the online services that Ready to Build is providing.
Drafting Manager
Daniel offers years of experience in drafting and team management to our Pre-Construction process, helping to produce accurate and detailed drawings which are always the basis for accurate estimating and efficient site building. His experience in interpreting Res-code and Developer requirements greatly enhances the success of our Pre-Construction service.
Building Estimator
Harika brings enthusiasm, training in estimating and extensive experience in quantity surveying to the Ready to Build team. She continuously builds and imporves our online system and creates and updates the processes that enable us to bring accurate BOQ’s, orders and personal service to each of our clients.
